Neither! We're a nonprofit community organization and we speak for our membership, most of whom are veterans--but we also include family members and civilian allies among our membership ranks. We are not a government organization; we rely on the donations of our members and supporters to advocate, inform, connect, and empower veterans & families in NYC!
